Downloading Event Media

There are 3 methods to download event media.

Method 1 - Download event media using the generated Participant Files Link

To copy the Participant Files link, refer to the Knowledge Base "Create a Game" to find all the locations of the link
The Paticipant Files Link is a public link, you can share it with anyone to open the Leaderboard

Access the URL link on any browser window




All available files will be shown here
This page is only good for downloading single files
This is to search for any files that you are looking for.

Download

This will download the file.

Delete

This will delete the file.

Step 2 - Viewing the Leaderboard using "Media" in Event Details

Start from home by clicking the Pursuit Path Logo on the top left.

Then, click on the 'Events' menu item on the vertical menu on the left.

On the event that you would like to access, click on the "eye" icon.



Click on "Media" to access the media files


Single file download or all data download can be done within here

Single File Download

To download single file, click on the download icon

Single File Delete

To delete single file, click on the delete icon



Download All Data

To download all data, click on "Download all data"



Click on "Download" Tab to view your download
Wait till the status become "Complete" and upload percentage reaches 100%, then click on the download icon


You can click on the refresh icon if the progress is still ongoing, to check if the download is complete


Step 3 - Viewing the Leaderboard using "Event Media" on the Menu

Start from home by clicking the Pursuit Path Logo on the top left.

Then, click on the 'Event Media' menu item on the vertical menu on the left.

On the event that you would like to access, click on the "eye" icon.



The event media will be displayed.
Single file download or all data download can be done within here

Single File Download

To download single file, click on the download icon

Single File Delete

To delete single file, click on the delete icon

Download All Data

To download all data, click on "Download all data"


Click on the 'Events' menu item on the vertical menu on the left.

On the event that you would like to access, click on the "eye" icon.


Click on "Download" Tab to view your download
